GLAD YOU ARE HERE
Currently living on the dusty West Texas coast, I'm a pediatric and women's pharmacist, adventure enthusiast, living liver donor, wife of 11 years, and mother of the sweetest baby girl.
I am a trained facilitator in Narrative Focused Trauma Care through The Allender Center, housed within The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology.
I help women live in the fullness of their truest self by engaging the stories of their formative years with kindness and truth.
After almost 20 years of being in the church and participating in countless healing ministries, freedom programs, prayer groups, bible studies, books, podcasts, & sermons, I found myself still stuck, striving, & longing for deep connection with myself, others, & God.
It wasn’t until I was joined by others' kind presence who moved slowly through my story that I was able to embrace truth, own my story, and experience profound transformation and thriving as my understanding of my identity, purpose, and voice blossomed.
Are you still waiting for the truth that will set you free? Truth, deep transformation, healing, and freedom is available to you today.
In all of its brokenness and beauty, your story is worth knowing.
Are you ready?
Come join me as we cry out in truth to Truth Himself.
Story work is a method of engaging written narratives of harm that perhaps unbeknownst to us have had a deep and lasting impact on our lives. Because we live in a fallen world, we each have numerous stories of heartache and we often work to alleviate the pain of the harm. But when we bypass the truth of these stories, it is only a temporary fix. As these places of harm are left undealt with, we become stuck, exhausted, and isolated. In an effort to find a solution, we often shift our focus to behavior modifications that leaves our hearts ultimately unchanged.
The purpose of story work is to explore the full extent of harm and heartache to open the door for heart transformation. Story engagement helps you understand your beliefs and behaviors to begin reclaiming the God-given story you were created for. Courageously stepping into stories of pain and harm is the very place that true healing and restoration occurs. The only thing that holds us from the truth is assuming we already have it. Together we can gently and kindly enter your story, name the truth, reclaim these wound places, and find redemption.
